Healthy Roast Cauliflower

Being a mom of two busy bees, I’m always trying to think of new healthy recipes that are quick and easy. So, I decided to try cauliflower in the oven and it was success! The busy bees ate it and it took me just a few minutes to prepare. Double score 😉 This dish is perfect to accompany a plate of gluten-free pasta or any entree. Here’s the recipe:

1 head medium cauliflower
Olive oil
Sea salt
Lemon and Pepper Seasoning
Parmesan Cheese

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease a baking pan or casserole dish.
Add cauliflower to baking pan or casserole dish. Sprinkle the cauliflower with olive oil, sea salt, lemon pepper seasoning and Parmesan to taste.
Bake for 25 minutes with foil cover. Top with more Parmesan cheese, uncover, and broil for 3 to 5 minutes, until golden brown.
